Account data is removed within 30 days, video processing data within 7 days, and analytics data is anonymized after 90 days.

When you use the VidSeeds.ai mobile app distributed through an app store (currently Google Play on Android), the app store may share age-assurance signals with us so we can offer an age-appropriate experience and comply with applicable laws such as the Texas App Store Accountability Act (SB 2420). This section explains how we handle those signals.

• App-store age signals: On Android we use the Google Play Age Signals API to receive a user status and an approximate age range (for example, 0-12, 13-15, 16-17, or 18+) and, for supervised (child) accounts, whether a parent or guardian has approved access to the app.
• Data minimization: We do not store your exact age, date of birth, or the raw age range reported by the app store. We convert these signals into the minimum derived state needed to run the app — such as a broad age category and whether access is allowed — and discard the underlying values.
• Install identifiers: We keep only a one-way SHA-256 hash of the Google Play install identifier, used solely to honor parental-approval revocations reported to us by Google Play. The raw install identifier is not retained.
• Limited use: App-store age-signal data is used only to provide age-appropriate access and to meet legal obligations. We never use it for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics.
• Your controls: You can request deletion of your stored app-store age-verification state at any time from within the app or by emailing [email protected]. If a parent or guardian withdraws approval through the app store, your access is updated to match.
