1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VidSeeds.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CARROTGAMESSTUDIOS LLC (DBA: VidSeeds.ai) governing your use of the Service.

⚠️By using our Service, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

2. Description of Service

VidSeeds.ai provides AI-powered multi-platform video optimization and publishing services, including but not limited to:

  • Video title, description, and tag optimization
  • Thumbnail generation and editing
  • Multi-language translation services
  • Short-form clip extraction and repurposing
  • Analytics and performance insights

3. Data Sources & Platform API Attribution

VidSeeds.ai is a multi-platform video SEO optimization and publishing service. To deliver our features we read data from — and where you authorize, publish to — the official APIs of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. The sections below describe what we read from each platform, the third-party policies you are also bound by when you connect that platform, and how to revoke our access.

Some surfaces in our app show scores, rankings, predictions, retention curves, and recommendations produced by VidSeeds.ai's own AI analysis of your video content (visual frames, audio, transcript) and the channel context you provide. These insights are part of the VidSeeds.ai product. This metric is independently calculated by the API Client and is not derived from YouTube. VidSeeds.ai insights are not calculated from any platform's API metrics and are not returned by any platform's API — VidSeeds.ai does not replace API metrics with independently calculated alternatives. YouTube metrics labeled YouTube API data (views, likes, subscribers, comments, watch time, impressions, and other metrics where available) are returned by YouTube API Services or YouTube Analytics API and are labeled separately from VidSeeds.ai insights. Analogous raw metrics from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X are attributed to the applicable platform API in their own surfaces. The visible VidSeeds.ai insights marker shown alongside our analysis makes this distinction clear inline; this section is the long-form disclosure consistent with YouTube API Services Developer Policy III.E.4.h and the analogous disclosure expectations of the other platforms.

YouTube

  • We read data from the YouTube Data API v3 and the YouTube Analytics API. This includes channel and video metadata, public statistics (views, likes, comments), playlist data, and — with the youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly scopes — aggregated channel and video performance metrics, traffic-source breakdowns, viewer demographics, and retention curves.
  • By connecting a YouTube channel or using features that rely on YouTube data, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google's Privacy Policy (available at https://policies.google.com/privacy).
  • Consistent with YouTube API Services Developer Policy III.E.4.h, VidSeeds.ai does not replace YouTube API metrics with independently calculated values and does not derive new metrics from YouTube API data. Any score, ranking, prediction, retention curve, or interpretive insight you see labeled as VidSeeds.ai insights is produced separately from VidSeeds.ai's own AI analysis of your video content (visual frames, audio, transcript) and is part of the VidSeeds.ai product, not a metric returned by the YouTube Data API or YouTube Analytics API. This metric is independently calculated by the API Client and is not derived from YouTube.
  • You can revoke VidSeeds.ai's access to your YouTube/Google account at any time via the Google Account permissions page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). Routine retention: stored YouTube API data is refreshed against the YouTube API on at most a 30-calendar-day cadence so it remains consistent with the live YouTube data, and any data that is no longer needed is deleted within the same 30-calendar-day window. On revocation: we delete all stored YouTube API data linked to the revoked account within 30 calendar days of the revocation.

TikTok

  • We read data through TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Display API, and — when you opt in to publishing — the TikTok Content Posting API. This covers your basic profile, your video metadata, and uploads you authorize.
  • By connecting a TikTok account, you also agree to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/tik-tok-developer-terms-of-service/en) and the TikTok Privacy Policy (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/us/privacy-policy/en).
  • We do not falsify or strip author attributions, legal notices, or labels of origin attached to TikTok content. You can revoke VidSeeds.ai's access at any time from your TikTok account's connected-apps settings.

Instagram

  • We read and publish through the Instagram Graph API, which requires a Business or Creator Instagram account connected to a Facebook Page. This includes profile metadata, media metadata, media insights, and — when you opt in to publishing — content publishing on accounts you administer.
  • By connecting an Instagram account, you also agree to the Meta Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms), the Instagram Terms of Use (https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870), and the Meta Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy).
  • You can revoke VidSeeds.ai's access at any time from your Instagram account's connected-apps settings.

Facebook

  • We read and publish to Facebook Pages through the Meta Graph API. This includes Page metadata, Page-managed posts and media, Page insights, and — when you opt in to publishing — content publishing on Pages you administer.
  • By connecting a Facebook account, you also agree to the Meta Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms), the Facebook Terms of Service (https://www.facebook.com/terms), and the Meta Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy).
  • You can revoke VidSeeds.ai's access from your Facebook account's Business Integrations settings at any time.

LinkedIn

X (formerly Twitter)

  • We read and publish through the X API v2. This includes basic profile information, your posts (where you grant read access), and — when you opt in to publishing — creating posts on your behalf.
  • By connecting an X account, you also agree to the X Developer Agreement and Policy (https://developer.x.com/en/developer-terms/agreement-and-policy), the X Terms of Service (https://x.com/en/tos), and the X Privacy Policy (https://x.com/en/privacy).
  • We do not use X content or information derived from X content to conduct surveillance, profile users by sensitive attributes, or for any purpose that violates the X Developer Policy. You can revoke VidSeeds.ai's access from your X account's connected-apps settings at any time.

If you no longer want VidSeeds.ai to access any platform on your behalf, disconnect that platform in your VidSeeds.ai account settings or revoke access in the platform's own connected-apps settings (links above). When you do, we delete or refresh stored data per the retention policies described in our Privacy Policy and per each platform's developer terms — for YouTube data, within 30 calendar days of revocation.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google or LinkedIn OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Process content you do not have rights to
  • Violate platform Terms of Service (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
  • Engage in any unlawful activity
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
  • Overload or abuse our infrastructure

6. Payments & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

7. Intellectual Property

VidSeeds.ai and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CARROTGAMESSTUDIOS LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our meaning-first video optimization workflows, software, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VidSeeds.ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data.
